Donald Trump: U.S. Weighing Singapore, Korean ‘DMZ’ for Kim Summit

WASHINGTON—President Donald Trump said Monday he was considering Singapore and the demilitarized zone on the Korean Peninsula as the site for his summit with Kim Jong Un, signaling a debate inside the White House over whether to hold the high-profile meeting in a neutral location or on the doorstep of the North Korean leader.

Mr. Trump also raised expectations for the summit by saying he would define success only as convincing North Korea to abandon its nuclear-weapons program.
